Mr Agarwal is a 3rd generation entrepreneur hailing from Calcutta. At a young age he knew that he wanted to diversify from his age old family business of Jute Mills and cloth. He moved to Delhi in 1989 with the dream to set up a world class real estate company. Delhi as a market was ripe and on the verge of becoming a world class city. A strong futuristic vision, hard work and skills he is a true people person. He believes in growth with ethics and accountability and has a deep attitude of care bottom up.
The visionary Mr. Agarwal was amongst the first to diversify his business into Tier II & III cities where he saw huge potential to be tapped and a massive demand-supply gap to bridge. The pace and growth in the number of projects over the last few years proves the increasing confidence of the people in brand JOP.

An iron lady in true sense, Mrs Agarwal is one of the few names in the real estate industry in India. She has done her graduation from Xaviers college Calcutta and also a short course in Interior designing.
Her role in the group ranges from strategic & tactical planning, profit centre operations, marketing strategy to even project management. A keen eye for perfection enables her to spot even the smallest error in wall building without any formal construction training. A deeply spiritual lady, she takes strong actions without losing her humanitarian side.
